My plan for exercise is as follows:Can You 24: 24 Minute Workouts in the morning
90 minutes on the elliptical in the afternoon
Strength training on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
I'm not gonna lie. The strength training almost never happens more than once a week. Because I have some pretty intense back problems, I find it very painful to do too much intense work out. That's why I stick to the elliptical for cardio, too. It puts the least amount of strain on my back and hips.
