Day 3- 24 Day Challenge Day 1

As I posted previously, I woke up in debilitating pain this morning. My first thought was to postpone the challenge until I felt like I could walk around without pain, and be able to go to the gym. I'm proud to tell you, I'm off to a great start this morning!!

Keep me in your prayers and thoughts today, as I'm in a lot of pain. I can push through this!! Let's have an awesome day!!

Wake up: Fiber Drink

Breakfast: Spark, Apple Cinnamon Advo Bar, OmegaPlex (and lots of prayer!)

Lunch is delicious! I used leftover turkey from last night, added avocado and lemon, and boiled carrots! I'm saving my 2nd Spark for an afternoon pick-me-up, so I'm having water with lemon.

The sore throat that was brewing was definitely full blown strep throat by afternoon! It made since why my back and leg pain was so severe when I started getting the body aches all over, and my fever hit the roof. It's hard for me to war when I'm sick, and I usually turn to Dr. Pepper and fast food. I did skip snacks yesterday, but my mom stayed with mr to help with my kids, and insisted I eat something before bed. There were 6 Chic-fil-a nuggets in the fridge, so I ate those with a bottle of water. Technically, you shouldn't eat fried anything on the challenge. It was a child's portion, and chick-fil-a lightly breads, and fries in peanut oil. Plus, I had no fries. I'm still calling it a win :). I'm not sure how detrimental it will be that I skipped snacks, but I'm surprised I was able to choke down dinner.
